A professional team in Public
Relations helps patients and caregivers in their migratory paperwork,
visa extension, temporal residence, document hospitalization,
confirmation of air tickets and other services as well as the
coordination of optional tourists’ entertainment, such as
sport and cultural attractions in our country. The patients’
level of satisfaction is equally taken care of, as to the attention
they receive and issues of interest on the institution’s
service or any other aspects.

A specialized Management staff
takes care of the patients’ orientation and guidance on
everything related to bills and charges for services, as well
as options related to communications, or the use of safety boxes
for the protection of jewels, money or other valuable objects.
The personnel also help in making appointments for intra-consultation
and other additional services from other Cuban Assistant Center,
not included in the therapeutic program.
